Universal American School Cafeteria

The Universal American School (UAS) cafeteria construction project, commissioned by the Al Futtaim Group, is a key development aimed at enhancing the student and faculty experience through the provision of a modern, functional, and sustainable dining facility. Located within the existing UAS campus, the new cafeteria is designed to accommodate the growing needs of the school community, supporting both daily operations and special events.

This project encompasses the complete construction of a state-of-the-art cafeteria building, including structural works, MEP installations, high-quality interior finishes, and kitchen equipment integration. Emphasis is placed on sustainable building practices, energy efficiency, and adherence to health and safety regulations in line with local and international standards.
