Multi User Facilities

This project involves the design and construction of Phase 1 and Phase 2 of a modern Multi User Facility for Dubai World Central (DWC), located within the Logistics District of Dubai South. The development is part of a strategic initiative to enhance the region’s logistics infrastructure and provide flexible, scalable warehousing and operational spaces to serve a diverse range of tenants and industry sectors. Both phases are designed with modularity and adaptability in mind, catering to multiple users under one roof.

Upon completion, the Multi User Facility will significantly contribute to the integrated logistics ecosystem envisioned by Dubai South, supporting both regional and international trade through its proximity to Al Maktoum International Airport and Jebel Ali Port, and reinforcing DWC’s position as a global logistics and supply chain hub.
