Light Industrial Units

This project involves the comprehensive design and construction of modern light industrial units within the strategic development zone of Nad Al Sheba, under the authority of Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO). The primary objective of this project is to develop a flexible, scalable, and sustainable cluster of industrial units that caters to light manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and associated support services. The development is envisioned to become a hub for innovation-driven industries, supporting DSOA’s mission of fostering a technology-oriented ecosystem.

Located in close proximity to Dubai’s major transport corridors, the Nad Al Sheba site offers excellent connectivity to ports, airports, and key commercial zones. This project supports the continued expansion of the Dubai Silicon Oasis portfolio and contributes to the broader industrial and economic vision of the UAE.
