This project involves the design and construction of a state-of-the-art Warehouse and Office Building for Legnano Teknoelectric Company Middle East FZCO, developed at JAFZA South, Dubai, UAE. The facility is intended to serve as a key operational hub supporting the company’s logistics, production support, and administrative functions across the region. The proposed development includes a high-bay, industrial-grade storage facility equipped with provisions for heavy equipment handling, racking systems, loading/unloading bays, and optimized internal circulation for materials movement and a modern, functional office space integrated within the warehouse complex, designed to accommodate management, operations, and support staff.

Upon completion, the facility will play a vital role in enhancing the operational capacity and regional service capabilities of Legnano Teknoelectric Company, in line with their strategic growth plans in the Middle East.
