This project marks a significant milestone in our continued commitment to delivering high-quality, purpose-built industrial facilities tailored to the evolving needs of the logistics sector. Executed under a full design-and-build scope, the development comprises two large-scale logistics buildings located on Plot No. EZ-19 and Plot No. EZ-21 within Dubai South Logistics District. The project features a G+2M configuration and is targeting LEED Silver certification, reflecting our strong focus on sustainability, efficiency, and long-term performance.
