Global Shipping & Logistics Cold Store and Ancillary Buildings

This project involves the construction of a state-of-the-art Chilled and Cold Storage Facility with ancillary buildings for Global Shipping & Logistics LLC (GSL), strategically located in Dubai Industrial City. The facility consists of chilled and frozen storage zones, administrative offices, staff amenities, loading bays, and other auxiliary infrastructure, all aligned with international standards for food safety, energy efficiency, and operational excellence.
