Airside Line Maintenance Unit for Dubai World Central Corporation

The “Airside Line Maintenance Unit” project is a pivotal development within the Aviation District of Dubai South, intended to support the growing needs of the aviation ecosystem at Dubai South (formerly known as Dubai World Central). This project involves the design and construction of nine (9) specialized light aircraft maintenance workshop units and associated storage spaces, tailored for the VIP Terminal Fixed Based Operators (FBOs). Each of the maintenance units will occupy a footprint of 140 square meters, ensuring ample space for operational requirements.

The completed units will be an integral part of the region’s expanding infrastructure, supporting the growth of the aviation sector and reinforcing Dubai South’s vision to become a global aviation and logistics hub.
