Dashmesh Cold Stores, Warehouse & Offices

This project entails the construction of a state-of-the-art logistics facility for Dashmesh International Trading FZE, located in the strategically positioned Logistics District of Dubai South. The development will include the construction of temperature-controlled cold stores, a high-capacity warehouse, and fully-equipped administrative offices to support the company’s expanding import-export and distribution operations.

The cold storage units will be engineered with advanced refrigeration systems suitable for a variety of perishable goods, ensuring optimal storage conditions in line with international food safety and logistics protocols, while the office spaces will feature modern, ergonomic layouts to support operational management and client servicing. Sustainability measures such as energy-efficient lighting, insulated building materials, and water-saving fixtures will be integrated into the design in alignment with Dubai South’s green building guidelines.

This new facility will play a pivotal role in enhancing the logistical capabilities of Dashmesh International Trading FZE, strengthening its presence in the UAE market, and supporting the growing demands of regional and international trade from its base in Dubai South.
