This project entails the full-scale design and construction of a state-of-the-art retail facility for A&M Investment, strategically located in the Al Quoz Industrial Area, one of Dubai’s most prominent and well-connected industrial and commercial hubs.

The development comprises high-quality, multi-purpose retail units tailored to accommodate a wide range of commercial activities. In addition to the retail spaces, the project includes the construction of dedicated utility blocks, external service yards, internal road networks, and landscaped areas, ensuring a fully integrated, self-sustained facility. All construction and infrastructure works will be carried out in strict adherence to relevant local regulations and authority requirements, with a strong emphasis on safety, durability, and functionality.
