Al Safadi Restaurant, a renowned name in authentic Lebanese cuisine, embarks on a strategic expansion initiative with the construction of a state-of-the-art Central Kitchen Facility located in Dubai Production City, representing a new phase for its growth. The primary objective of the new facility is to enhance production and efficiency. The facility is designed to support large-scale food preparation, processing, and distribution operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency across all branches. This central kitchen will serve as the core production hub for Al Safadi’s growing network of outlets across Dubai, expected to produce 25,000 meals daily and will also serve as the new location for management offices, a training facility, and a test kitchen.
