We’re excited to share that we have successfully secured the Multi-User Facility Building – Phase 3 with our trusted client, Dubai South.
This new phase mirrors the success of Phase 1, also delivered for the same client, and is located within the Logistics District of Dubai South. The development is part of a strategic initiative to further enhance the region’s logistics infrastructure by providing flexible and scalable warehousing and operational spaces for a wide range of tenants and industries.
All phases 1,2 &3, have been designed with modularity and adaptability at their core, enabling multiple users to operate seamlessly under one roof.
Once completed, the Multi-User Facility will make a strong contribution to Dubai South’s integrated logistics ecosystem, supporting regional and international trade through its prime location near Al Maktoum International Airport and Jebel Ali Port, and strengthening DWC’s position as a leading global logistics hub.
