In a powerful stride toward shaping the future of logistics infrastructure in the UAE, Span Steel is thrilled to announce its latest project win: a new Multi-User Facility to be constructed in partnership with Dubai World Central Corporation, located at the thriving Logistics District of Dubai South.
Dubai South – long hailed as the city of the future – continues to raise the bar for smart infrastructure, and this new facility is designed to meet the region’s growing demand for high-performance, tech-enabled, and sustainable logistics spaces.
“This project is more than just a building—it’s a gateway for global trade,” said Mr. Motaz Awad, Chairman of Span Steel. “We’re proud to partner with Dubai World Central on a development that mirrors both our ambition and our shared commitment to innovation, sustainability, and economic growth.”
