Dubai, UAE – Span Steel is proud to announce the successful award of a new construction project for the Proposed Warehouse and Office on Plot No. 5318449 in Dubai Industrial City. The facility will be developed for M/S Transmed, a leading regional distributor, owned by ABT Al Jazeera Al Arabia Co. LLC.
The project entails the full construction of a modern logistics warehouse integrated with high-specification office spaces. Strategically located in one of the UAE’s most dynamic industrial zones, the development is poised to support Transmed’s expanding operations across the region.

The upcoming facility will feature advanced storage systems, efficient loading/unloading zones, and environmentally conscious office spaces designed to promote operational excellence.
