We are proud to announce that SPAN has been awarded a significant new Design & Build (D&B) project by Dubai South, further strengthening our position as a trusted partner in delivering world-class industrial and logistics developments across the UAE.
The project comprises the design and construction of two state-of-the-art (3PL) warehouse facilities within the Logistics District of Dubai South’s WF Zone, complemented by G+2 operational office buildings, ancillary facilities, and all associated site works, with a total built-up area of approximately 86,000 m².
As part of the project scope, SPAN will also design and construct a new connecting road between the two plots, including the complete infrastructure network, in close coordination with Dubai South Infrastructure Department and in full compliance with all applicable authority and road engineering requirements.
