Al Safadi Restaurant is undertaking a strategic expansion with the development of a state-of-the-art Central Kitchen Facility in Dubai Production City.
The facility will serve as the main production hub for its growing network, supporting large-scale food preparation, processing, and distribution with a capacity of up to 25,000 meals per day. It will also house management offices, a training center, and a test kitchen. The project has been fully developed using BIM (Revit), enhancing coordination and efficiency, and reinforcing Al Safadi’s commitment to quality, operational excellence, and sustainable growth in the UAE’s food and beverage sector.
